  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 2 scoops of NUTRITECH Premium Whey Protein, vanilla flavour
  • ¼ cup of Nuway Granola
  • 2 tablespoons applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup (250ml) almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon on coconut oil to fry- fry on a low heat.
  • 1 punnet raspberries to decorate
  • 1 kiwi to decorate
